Strategic Plan Accelerator Program

• Conduct organizational assessments and define key strategic questions (pre-program work)
• Establish a strong strategic foundation
• Align programs and outcomes through a clear, evidence-based logic model 
• Evaluate strategic options and trade-offs
• Set priorities with measurable goals
• Develop implementation-ready action plans
• By the end of the program, participants will have a comprehensive strategic plan that is data-informed, outcome-oriented, and actionable.

• Week 1: Mission, Vision, Values and Key Strategic Questions - Friday, Jan 8, 9-11:30 AM 
• Week 2: Clarifying Your Impact Using Logic Models - Friday, Jan 15, 9-11:30 AM 
• Week 3: Identifying Strategic Priorities, Strategic Options and Tradeoffs - Friday, Jan 22, 9-11:30 AM 
• Week 4: Setting Strategic Priorities with SMART Objectives - Friday, Jan 29, 9-11:30 AM 
• Week 5: Develop Implementation-Ready Action Plans - Friday, Feb 5, 9-11:30 AM

Scholarships: Please don’t let financial concerns prevent you from participating in this program. We have scholarships available for any organization who faces financial barriers. We encourage anyone interested to reach out.

This program is available through application only. Acceptance to this program will be limited to a small handful of organizations to ensure NvNC can provide sufficient support.
