Jeff has successfully navigated Washington, D.C. bureaucracy to invest in nonprofit efforts focused on conservation and habitat restoration, agricultural education and research, and national service initiatives. During this time, Jeff has founded and built multiple successful nonprofits, developed and executed dynamic strategies with high-impact results, and led high-stakes negotiations resulting in historic conservation victories.

Emily  brings over a decade of experience in nonprofit strategy, impact measurement, and organizational consulting, including roles at The Bridgespan Group and Impact Genome. She has partnered with dozens of nonprofit leaders, boards, funders, and impact investors to strengthen operations and increase impact. Emily is also an active member of the Northern Nevada community, volunteering with Eddy House, the Northern Nevada International Center, and MidTown Reno.

Scott has a varied background in sales, project management, operations, and software development that he brings to the table. Working with others is where he thrives whether it's one on one or large groups, he feels at home getting to know people, understanding their core strengths, diagnosing key issues, and helping deploy strategies that help move everything in a positive direction.
